24-HOUR CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. (2 med.) chopped apples
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

In a large bowl, combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Add apples, grapes and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate. Garnish, if desired. Makes 16 (1/2 cup) servings.

This has become our favorite salad for Thanksgiving dinner. My family asks for it
and it is easy to make. I reduce the sugar and use Cool Whip in place of whipping
cream. A great side dish and delicious with leftovers.
