GAZPACHO SOUP 
1 qt. V-8 juice
1 qt. Snappy Tomato juice
4 med. tomatoes (peeled, seeded if desired)
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded
1 lg. onion, yellow or red
2 med. green pepper
6 ribs celery
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste

Quick - large dice all cleaned vegetables; throw in blender and stop when thick but with bits. Adjust seasoning according to personal preference.

Less Quick - fine dice all vegetables and combine. Adjust seasoning to taste; should be "perky".
