SHRIMP COCKTAIL - GAZPACHO SOUP 
2 cans V-8 juice (tall - not the 1 qt. size)
2 bottles tomato cocktail sauce
4 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1 green pepper, chopped sm.
3 green onions & tops chopped
3 cans shrimp or clams
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. white or cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all together in a gallon jar and chill for a day or so to blend flavors.
