3 c. tomato juice
3 tomatoes, cut up
Cucumber, diced
Green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. vinegar
Juice of lemon
Vegetable salt to taste
1 clove of garlic, smashed

Blend well in blender. Chill.
