GROUND BEEF - VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
5 or 6 med. potatoes, pared & sliced
1 can carrots or green beans
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown meat and onion. Add potatoes, vegetables and blend in undiluted soup. Mix well and pour into large greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
