GROUND BEEF - VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
4 oz. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 c. milk
Shredded cheese
Fine bread crumbs

Cook macaroni until tender. Melt butter; add onion and lightly brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and combine with soup and milk. Fold into the macaroni and place in a greased casserole. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until brown.
