1 pkg. golden vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix cake ingredients in mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix pineapple with pudding. Add whipped topping. This makes enough frosting for 2 (9 x 13) cakes.
