1 box yellow cake mix (butter)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

ICING:

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) Pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, uncooked

Mix cake mix, oranges and juice, eggs, and oil in mixer until slices are broken up and batter is fluffy. Bake in 2 greased and floured cake pan, 8 or 9 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut cakes in half when cool.

ICING: Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Frost cake.
