PINEAPPLE SNOW DROPS 
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add cream of tartar and vanilla. Continue beating. Add sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. Fold in pecans and drained pineapple.
