PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie shell

NO. 2:

Combine in saucepan:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

NO. 3:
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

NO. 4:
2 egg yolks

Beat, stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the yolks, put yolks into the hot mixture stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Cool. Spoon into baked shell.

NO. 5 - MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat and very gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees.
