PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 baked 9" pie crust
1/4 c. sugar, white
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Add the rest and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
Egg yolks

Pour into cooled pie crust. Top with meringue and bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
