PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pt. sour cream 1 egg, unbeaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix in order, sour cream, sugar, egg, vanilla and then pineapple. Put in pie shell. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn oven off, prop oven door open. Keep pie in oven for 30 minutes. Chill for 24 hours, serve. |
