CHINESE SALAD 
1 med. head Chinese cabbage
1 med. bunch bok choy
1 bunch green onions

Chop above ingredients and store in Ziploc bag.

TOPPING:

2 1/2 oz. sesame seeds
1 pkg. sliced almonds
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, without seasonings

Saute above in oil, adding a bit of garlic powder. Cool and store in covered container. (Makes extra.)

DRESSING:

2+ tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil

Boil mixture not more than 1 minute. Toss all 3 before serving.
