1 deep dish pie shell (frozen) 7 eggs 1 med. onion 6 strips bacon (cooked & drained) 1/4 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste In a blender beat eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Set aside. Chop up bacon and put in pie shell. Add cheese to pie shell. Pour in egg mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on this to make sure it does not burn. Top should be a golden brown and eggs should be set. Serves 8. You can reduce the fat and cholesterol by replacing the eggs with 2 cartons of egg beaters. |
