FRENCH PIE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nut meats
2 sticks butter

Blend and put into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven, break it up and press it into the same pan. Let it cool. 1 c. powdered sugar (10X) 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together.

Fold 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip into the creamed mixture above. Spread in pan. Spread 2 cans fruit pie filling (like Comstock cherry pie filling) over above mixture. Cover with Saran Wrap and set in the refrigerator at lest 2 hours. All day would be okay.
