COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 head broccoli, washed and trimmed in small flowerets
8 to 12 bacon slices, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1 c. raisins
1 sm. red onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix salad ingredients in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl. Mix dressing with salad ingredients until well coated. You can mix up until 1 hour before serving time. Do not marinate. I double the dressing recipe to ensure the salad is well coated. Serves 6.
