MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. flour tortillas
2 lbs. ground meat
1 chopped onion
2 (16 oz.) cans ranch style beans
Grated cheddar cheese (to taste)
1 (15 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
11" x 13 1/2" cake pan or casserole

Cut tortillas to fit casserole dish. Brown meat and onions with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Drain meat. Spread meat over flour tortillas, spread ranch style beans over ground meat. Sprinkle cheese over beans. Cover with flour tortillas to cover cheese. Mix Rotel and soup, spread over tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
