MEXICAN DORITOS CASSEROLE 
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can pinto beans
1 can original rotel
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Crush chips and cover bottom of greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. In large pot mix beef, beans, rotel, corn, and soup. Heat mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbles. Pour over chips. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
