CHICKEN AND CHEESE ROLLS 
2-3 lb. chicken breasts
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried crushed parsley
2-3 tbsp. milk
Dash of pepper
1 pkg. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Wash and pat chicken dry. Pound chicken pieces to 1/4 inch thickness.

Place a slice of cheese on top of each chicken piece, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Mix mayonnaise and milk in a small bowl and other ingredients in another bowl. Dip chicken in the mayonnaise mixture and then roll in bread crumbs, covering completely.

Place rolls in a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts out of center. Serves 4-6.
