BANANA - COCONUT SCOOP 
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. frozen whipped dessert topping
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp. fine shredded orange peel
2 tbsp. shredded coconut, toasted

Pour buttermilk into ice cube tray and freeze about 30 minutes. Whip buttermilk in chilled bowl with electric beater until fluffy. Fold in topping, banana, and orange peel.
