LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Maraschino cherries (opt.)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and cool for a few minutes. Fold in softened ice cream. Add pineapple, oranges, nuts and cherries. Chill until set. 6 servings.
