ORANGE DELIGHT JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
2 tsp. minute tapioca
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Drain juice from fruit and add enough water to make 3 cups liquid. Put liquid, Jello, tapioca and pudding in saucepan; bring to a boil. Let set until room temperature. Add fruit, Cool Whip and store in refrigerator.
