1 sm. box of peach Jello
1 sm. box of vanilla sugar free pudding
1 lg. lite cottage cheese
1 med. lite Cool Whip
4 to 6 peaches or netunes, peeled & cut in sm. pieces
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Mix cottage cheese, Jello, pudding at medium speed. Add Cool Whip and mix. Fold in peaches and marshmallow. Keep cold until serving. You can substitute any type of fruit and matching Jello. You can use sugar free Jello, if you like.
