MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
14 marshmallows, cut fine
1/2 c. grated cheese
6 slices pineapple, cut up
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pineapple juice, marshmallows and cheese. Stir until marshmallows are almost dissolved. Chill until thick and syrupy. Whip cream, fold into Jello mixture. Add well drained pineapple and pecans. Chill until firm. Serves 6-8.
