MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT CANDY | |
1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 30 graham crackers (3 to 3 1/2 c. crumbs) 1 c. walnuts 3 c. miniature marshmallows Part I: Melt butter in a double boiler. Add eggs beaten well with sugar, coconut. Cook until thicken (eggs cooked). Cool well and add vanilla. Part II: Crust graham crackers and add walnuts, marshmallows. Mix well and combine with cooled first mixture. Pack in buttered dish 8x8x2 inches. Keep in refrigerator. Cut in squares. |
