SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can French fried onion rings Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Grease a 2 quart casserole. Place cream cheese and butter in bottom of casserole. Pour hot, drained vegetables on top. Stir until well mixed. Mix in sliced chestnuts. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Put onion rings on top. |
