BASIC VANILLA ICE CREAM 
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can evaporated milk
A qt. whole milk

Cook in double boiler until thick. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and set in cold water. Fold in 1 pint whipping cream. Pour into electric freezer container and freeze.
