PATIO PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. sauerkraut, drained
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. beef stock
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Brown chops and then season with salt and pepper. Place in single layer in baking pan. Cover chops with onion and sauerkraut. Mix beef stock with sour cream and pour over sauerkraut. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chops are done. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Dust with paprika and bake until meat is fork tender. Serves 6.
