DUTCH BABIES 
For 2 Quart Pan:

1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour

For 3 Quart Pan:

1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 425. Place butter in oven pan & place it in the oven while preheating. Blend remaining ingredients in blender for 30 seconds. Pour in hot pan of melted butter.

Bake for 25 minutes or until curled on edges. Delicious served with berries & whipped cream.
