DUTCH BABIES 
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 425°F.

Use a glass pie pan or a cast iron skillet and put the 2 Tbsp. of butter in the pan and place it in the oven. While the butter is melting, mix the eggs, baking powder, milk and flour together well. As soon as the butter is melted and has covered the bottom of the pan, immediately pour batter into the dish and bake for 15 minutes.

The dutch babie is done when it has grown up the sides of the pan and is golden brown on the top edge.
