DUTCH BABY (GERMAN PANCAKES) 
1/3 cube butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in microwave in Pyrex pie plate. Tilt plate so melted butter coats sides as well as bottom. Beat other ingredients until well blended, put in pie plate.

Bake 13 minutes or until browned on edges. Edges will stand up making a simple, yet attractive breakfast. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the pancake, then sprinkle powdered sugar and finally syrup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
