1 stick melted butter
1 c. crushed graham crackers
16 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
16 oz. butterscotch morsels
1 c. Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts

Layer ingredients in order given and bake 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 12 pan at 350 degrees until slightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
