THE EASIEST CHEESE SOUFFLE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. heavy cream or half & half
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 tsp. salt
Pepper

Add eggs to cream and beat slightly, then add cheeses, a little pepper and salt. Beat again. Pour into baking dish and bake until brown at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 2-4.
