SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice, salted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. raw, shelled deveined shrimp
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
