CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
8 oz. mushrooms
1 c. celery, diced
Buttered bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Onion salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. sherry or lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 c. Sharp cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until frothy and blend in butter; add all other ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or for 25 minutes in individual casseroles. Serves 6 to 8.
