CRISPY CRUNCH SUNDAES AND HOT
FUDGE TOPPING
 
SUNDAE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/3 c. walnuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add cereal, stirring until coated. Add coconut and nuts. Stir well. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping. Put the rest in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Slice ice cream in sections and spread over mixture. Top with reserved mixture. Keep in freezer.
