SPINACH DIP | |
2 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup 1 pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted 1 can water chestnuts, chopped 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 tsp. dill Juice from 1/2 lemon Let spinach defrost overnight. Squeeze out excess moisture. Combine remaining ingredients. If mixture appears too dry, add more mayonnaise. Best if made a day ahead. |
