FRIED PORK CHOP ADOBO | |
1 lb. pork chop, sliced 1 onion sliced 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 c. vinegar (white) 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. ground pepper Place oil in frying pan and heat up. Fry sliced pork chop until close to browned. Add garlic and onion into pan. Fry until browned. Add vinegar and pepper, simmer until almost dried out. Add soy sauce and stir. Simmer until soy sauce is almost dried out. Serve with hot steamed white rice. |
