SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry leek soup mix
3/4 c. each parsley and green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. salad seasoning mix
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Squeeze spinach of excess water and finely chop. Set aside. In large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in soup mix, mixing well. Fold in spinach, other chopped vegetables, and seasonings, blending until well combined. Cover and chill at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Serve with sliced fresh vegetables.
