1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. fresh chopped spinach or pkg. of frozen
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Seasoned salt to taste
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Mix and chill and serve.
