CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix

Mix all ingredients in a greased medium size casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes.
