BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat cake ingredients well. Fill 18 to 20 cupcake liners 1/3 full. Beat filling ingredients well. Add on cake batter in cake pans 1 tablespoon filling to each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
