BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla, mix well. Pour into cupcake papers, filling 1/2 way. Mix the filling-combine cream cheese, sugar, and egg with mixer. Add chocolate chips, mix with spoon. Add 2 teaspoons of filling in each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
