BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well first 4 ingredients; add chocolate chips. Mix together rest of ingredients in another bowl. Pour one dipper of mixture from 2nd bowl in bottom of paper cups. Put 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture on top. Makes about 20 cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
