FUDGE TOPPED BROWNIES 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 40 minutes or until set.

Just before brownies are done in saucepan over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk and remaining vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
