BETTY'S CHEESE CAKE | |
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. flour 5 eggs, separated 5 or 6 graham crackers, crushed Cream yolks and sugar, add cream cheese; one at a time. Blend well, then add sour cream, flour and vanilla. Whip egg whites and fold in. Grease spring form pan and press crumbs. Put in pan of water about 1 or 2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until brown on top. When done, open oven door and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. |
