R.'S SNOW PEAS WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. snow peas
1/2 lb. sm. mushrooms
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil

Heat a wok or large skillet, add oil and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add snow peas, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Serve at once with rice and main course.
