CRUNCHY HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham or Spam
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 c. Colby cheese, grated
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French Fried Onions

Cook macaroni. Combine macaroni and ham in 3 quart casserole dish. Blend soup, sour cream and milk; pour 1/2 the mixture over the ham and macaroni. Arrange broccoli on top of ham and macaroni, pour remaining mixture on the broccoli, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer. 6 servings.
