CRUNCHY TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced cooked turkey 1 c. sliced celery 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 2/3 c. crushed wheat crackers Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream. Toss with turkey mixture. Put half mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 2/3 crackers. Top with remaining turkey and crackers. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
