CRUNCHY SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter, melted or soft
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. sherry flavoring (extract)
2 eggs, beaten
Topping

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, butter, milk, extracts and eggs; turn into greased baking dish. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
